Animo Labs Kicks Off Startup Foundry Cohort 1: Shaping the Next Generation of Founders and Enablers

Animo Labs has officially launched the first cohort of Startup Foundry, an 11-week founder-focused bootcamp designed to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities of young innovators. Unlike traditional startup programs that begin with building ventures, Startup Foundry emphasizes building individuals first—ensuring that future founders and enablers are equipped with the resilience, creativity, and agility needed to thrive in the Philippine startup ecosystem.

The program is structured into three chapters:

• Chapter 1: Self-Development & Leadership (Weeks 1–5) – Focused on mindset, time management, decision-making, networks, and effective communication.

• Chapter 2: Ecosystem Integration & Innovation Thinking (Weeks 6–9) – Covering startup ecosystem awareness, design thinking, future of work, experimentation, and business model validation.

• Chapter 3: Final Integration Activity (Weeks 10–11) – Featuring field visits to startup hubs, a mini consulting challenge with real startups and enablers, and a reflection session.

Startup Foundry Cohort 1 brings together undergraduate students and young aspiring innovators who are eager to learn, grow, and explore entrepreneurship as a viable path. Through masterclasses, mentoring, and direct ecosystem engagement, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the startup journey and their role in it—whether as founders, enablers, or leaders of tomorrow.
